Do you provide 15 litre tank?

Booking Policy :

Individual /group booking less than 10 pax

Deposit : at least 30% within 7 days of booking
Final Payment : 45 days prior to departure
Last Minute Booking : 100% payment within 48 hours of booking or prior to boarding for booking made on departure day

Half / Full charter booking (10 pax +)

1st Deposit : 10% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking. If not received, the cruise will be open for resales. 2nd Deposit : 30% paid at least 120 days prior to departure date
Final Payment : 60% of the total cost at least 45 days prior to departure date
Last Minute Booking : 100% payment within 48 hours of booking or prior to boarding for booking made on departure day

Remark – The term of deposit payment can be changed upon agreement and acceptance by both customers and Panunee Yacht when making a deal.

Cancellation Policy

Individual/group booking less than 10 pax,

More than 90 days prior to departure : Refund of deposit Minus USD 150 /pax
90 to 45 days prior departure : Deposit Lost
Less than 45 days prior to departure : No Refund
Note : All cancellation or reservation changes must be in writing.

Half / Full charter booking (10 pax +)

More than 120 days prior to departure date, all payment will be refunded, less the 10% initial deposit
120-45 days prior to departure date, all payment will be refunded less 40% of the total cost
Less than 45 days prior to departure date, no refunds will be made
Note : All cancellation or reservation changes must be in writing.

How much do the other fees that I will be required to pay upon check in?

The are Marine Park fee + Port/Harbour fee + Round trip airport transfer fee.

  • Komodo , USD 210/pax/ 5 nights, 6 days , 5 diving days trip
  • Komodo-Maumere , USD 210/pax/6 nights , 7 days ,6 diving days trip
  • Maumere-Alor-Banda-Ambon , USD 300/pax/11 nights , 12 days ,11 diving days trip
  • Ambon-Banda sea ; USD 250/pax/7 nights ,8 days ,7 diving days trip
  • Ambon-Banda-Raja Ampat ; USD 300/pax/10 nights , 11 days ,10 diving days trip
  • Raja Ampat ; USD 270/pax/6 nights , 7 days ,5 diving days trip
  • Cendearawasih ; USD 230/pax/6 nights , 7 days ,5 diving days trip

For Fuel surcharge, at this moment, there is no any application of Fuel surcharge yet. We reserve the right to apply it without prior notice upon diesel price situation when it strongly impact the operational cost.

How about the other fees for other service onboard?

Nitrox fills : USD 12/tank except Cenderawsih route which is USD 15/tank

(Our nitrox is blending system, not membrane system)

Beer : USD 4/can Soft drink : USD 2/can ( We provide soft drink in liter bottle for free)
Marine Park fee + Port – Harbour + Airport round trip transfer
Rental Equipment : USD 10/item/diving day

Do you provide 15 litre tank?

We can prepare 15 litre tank with rental fee at USD 12/day but it is needed to book in advance.

What are the type of your tank valve?

All of our tanks are Yoke valves. We have some DIN Valve adapters on board. However, it is better if you can bring your own DIN valve adapter with you when you join the trip.

Is the diving insurance included in the package?

No, it doesn't. It is highly recommended for all dives to have their own diving insurance before onboard.

Do I need to have travel insurance?

Yes. It is recommended. Sometimes, there are problems of flight delay, missing flight, or missing baggage, you can claim with your travel insurance.

Do you have the place to set up the uw camera ?

Yes, we do. Our large camera station on the upper deck is available for all photographers.

How about electrical current and plugs ?

It is 220V with Universal sockets.

Is it confirmed that I will get #dives in the trip as mentioned in sample itinerary?

The sample itinerary is subject to change due to weather and safety circumstances. Also dive plan and dive points are subject to change by captain or cruise manger without prior notice if they concern the safety condition at that time. Your safety is our most concern.

If I am a new open water diver, can I dive in Indonesia ?

As long as you are already certified as a diver, you are welcome. You need to present your diving certificate card and log book if any when check in. Our dive guide will take care of you. We will arrange the diving group upon diving experience and level. Therefore, you will be ensure that you will get fun with the group. For some dive sites, you may need to have extra equipment such as reef hook or safety sausage that you can prepare or buy on board.

What kind of meals on board?

Our experienced chef will serve you with Thai & international cuisine, fresh fruits, delicious sweets and snacks to make you feeling fresh to dive for the whole the trip.

Currency

Normally we accept US Dollars. However, you can pay in Indonesian Rupiah or Euro currency. The currency exchange rate will be calculated on the date of exchange. Please be informed that the exchange rates are different and vary throughout the Indonesia. The exchange rate can be different from the bank or airport. It depends on currency exchange counter rate in each city in each dive destination.

Tips

There is no fix rate. You can consider as 5-10% of the trip price as the guideline. However, it is upon your satisfaction with our service on board. You can give them more if you are more satisfied.

Is there any internet or cell phone connection onboard.

In some diving site such as Komodo, the cell phone signal can be found almost the area. You can buy Indonesian sim card at the airport. In some diving sites, they are lack of cell phone signal. Our satellite phone is available with extra charge. However, now we do have a plan for Wi-Fi Internet connection via satellite.

How much do I have to concern Malaria ?

Raja Ampat, Cenderawasih and Komodo are in Malaria area.

Raja Ampat & Komodo in Papua are the malaria area because they are around the equator. We recommend you to discuss with your doctor before arrival to this area at least 2-3 weeks because you may need to have take some medicine to prevent it and . In addition, we recommend you to use mosquito repellant.

Note that the medication Lariam has limited effectiveness in this area due to a resistant strain of Malaria and is not recommended. Alternatives could be Malarone or doxicycline

But in Komodo it is not too much serious situation. However, you may need to use mosquito repellent for land tours. If you are in doubt whatsoever, please go to see doctor.
